San Pedro has been the most challenging and rewarding project completed by The Selling Stage to date.  Located less than a block from trails, bluffs, and picnic sites on the Pacific Ocean, this home started with mold remediation, followed by a complete rehab of 1440 Sqft of flooring, 2 full bath rooms, 2 bedrooms, Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen.  Major systems and foundation work were also completed.  The entire rehab was accomplished in just six months with a completely new team Southern California team.

The kitchen above is typical of The Selling Stage flair for blending textures, colors and current trends to deliver a non-cookie cutter feel that appeals to the masses rather than bore them.  White kitchens remain in high demand, so Artic Upper cabinets were chosen and complemented with Calcuta Quartz Counter Tops.  To provide functionality, flare and contrast, Slate Lower Cabinets were selected.  Of course, Stainless Steel Appliance are a staple, but integrating stainless steel with white and slate tiles in the backsplash makes this staple special.  An anflic splash of character was added with a few copper accents,
