The Selling Stage

Bayonet Point, FL has been the most unpredictable rehab in The Selling Stage Portfolio.  This project forged the mastery of contingency planning and better risk assessment of potential acquisitions.

Initially slated to for primarily cosmetic renovations such as paint, flooring, window treatments and staging turned into a much more.  Surviving a lightning strike, the entire wiring had to be replaced.   Shortly after, hurricane ?Charlie? proved the structure was sound, but left it requiring a new roof and bird cage.  The 30 year old pool has been another source of budget unpredictability. In short, The Selling Stage has managed the replacement of every piece of this property.
