The Selling Stage

Bloomfield Hills is perhaps the most successful rehab project to date because the beauty of this project lays beyond the upgrades to the landscape, systems, and décor.  This rehab turned into a rental that ticks the box for integration of its community and providing homes for deserving children (of all races) in a school district that their parents might not otherwise be able to afford.  All while producing the highest ROI in the company portfolio.

This project was unique in the foundational and exterior plumbing lessons it taught The Selling Stage.  While the massive trees are majestic and provide welcome shade in the summer, their roots caused major cracks in the plumbing and foundation.  Once these issues were contained, the usual rehab of the major systems (HVAC, windows, roof, floors), kitchen, and baths were restored.

Staging for this home is always a joy because it's market is a family with kids, so it allows for a warm, comfortable, homey feel in the color pallet and furnishings.
