The Selling Stage

This project speaks more to The Selling Stages mastery of finding deals in the hottest locations before they peak than the ability to rehab.  The rehab on this high-rise condo right on the Detroit Riverwalk was minimal. Mostly the joy of staging was required.  The views of the Detroit River and Canada are the highlight of this property.  So, design elements are minimized to accentuate the breath taking views.  The audience here is adult, urban, and chic singles.  Designs incorporated are light, airy, flexible and fun yet sophisticated.

This rehab and staging project turned furnished rental has served The Selling Stage's mission to integrate a highly desirable (Detroit Harbor Town and River Walk) community and provide anflik accommodations to deserving professionals who might not have the time or inclination to decorate for themselves.
